Meeting:	North Star SHRM Chapter Meeting
Date:	December 12, 2007 8:00 a.m.

Listed below is a recap of the items discussed at our last Chapter meeting:

• Meeting was held at Russell's on the Lake and was opened by President Bruce Tyler.
  
  
• The following agenda items were discussed in the business portion of meeting:
  
  
  1. A motion was made and passed to accept the November meeting minutes.
  2. The following list of nominated board members presented:
     
     Chapter President - Bruce Tyler
     President-Elect - Sandy Fouquette
     Secretary/Treasurer - Kim Savaria
     Membership Director - Rhonda Madsen
     Legislative Director - Janet Ampe
     Foundation Director - Jan Trushenski
     Past President - Rhonda Klein
     Communications Director - Gail Landowski
     
     A vote of members present was held and all were unanimously elected.
  3. Discussion was held on the length of future meetings. Bruce made the suggestion that the meeting time be extended to 2 hours in order to provide sufficient time to hold both the business portion and have open time for discussion of current employment issues. A motion was made and passed.
  4. Treasurer's Report advised a current checking balance as of 11/30/07 of $6,682.84.
  5. The January meeting will feature Pamela Muldune presenting on Executive Business Coaching.
