Dear SHRM member,

Have you ever consider joining a SHRM chapter but did not want to pay additional dues besides your SHRM membership? Have you wanted to join a chapter but were concerned with mandatory meetings? Wanted to get involved but no one has asked you yet? Would like to become a member to a new chapter?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions, you have found the SHRM chapter for you.

First, North Star SHRM requires no additional dues. Your only requirement is to be a SHRM member in good standing. North Star SHRM is chartering as a 100% SHRM chapter. As a 100% SHRM membership chapter, our chapter receives a yearly financial support payment of $25.00 for every SHRM member, which is a portion of every member's national SHRM dues. So why not take advantage of your annual SHRM dues and receive additional benefits?

As stated, North Star SHRM is a 100% SHRM professional member chapter. Our mission is to provide networking, information, and involvement in professional development for members of SHRM.

Monthly meetings are posted on the Program Schedule as well as the home page of our Website, http://northstar.mn-shrm.org. We hope you can attend the next meeting! If you are unable to attend, please fill out the attached application and mail it to NS SHRM, Attention Bruce Tyler, 15798 201st Avenue N., Elk River, MN 55330.
